Retail Store Manager | Our client is a well-established, family-run business which has been trading for over 20 years. They have a reputation for providing their customers with quality travel related products, expert advice and excellent after-sales service. They require someone who thrives on working in a customer-focused environment and takes pride in providing the highest level of customer service. Someone who can manage the sales team and the overall shop duties. Job Description: · Manage the day-to-day running of the store, generating and processing sales and develop relationships with the retail customers as well as attracting new business. · Manage payments and invoices accordingly · Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone. · Book deliveries · Provide technical advice and anticipate customer needs. · Control of the sales team to make sure sales targets are achieved · Dealing with staff conflict Essential Criteria: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role. Self-motivated, well-presented and have a good eye for design. Punctual and an excellent timekeeper. Professional in approach - Attentive to detail, accurate and thorough in all aspects of work.
